Today was a rough day. It started out good with my fiancé’s wonderful yoga class and a lovely brunch with him. Then I felt overly full from brunch and overly exhausted from staying out late for the bike ride last night and not being able to wind down right away once I got home. (Accidentally deleted my earlier post, but my friend and I went on a wonderful late bike ride with SWFL Critical Mass). I tried to nap but I’m not good at naps and just stayed sleepy and unproductive for too long, and then I got really triggered over how cruel my sister is being to me and spent too much of the day eating and drinking too much.
65.6 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
