Oh my gosh just 1 week into my 28 day challenge. I'm crying 😢
77 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all so much for the encouragement, I'm shocked myself I jumped on the scales in the spare of the moment not expecting to see a huge difference but wow. I joined a lady on Instagram called @insecurefitness, I'd been doing her workouts throughout lock down but consistency with my diet was the biggest issue. Her 28 day challenge gives you workouts, meal plans and support group for motivation and if these are the results I will join every month just for that extra push.
