BF 29.7%

This week wasn't very good for me, I had 2 cheat days this week and didn't sleep well. Plus I've changed my macros. Well, one thing is for sure: cheat days (I mean carbs/sugars) and alcohol (I had 2 glasses of wine) are throwing you back in your weight loss journey + causing water retention.
From the other side I've trained 3 times so far this week and rode bicycle.
The weight is the same, but Body Fat more than a week ago.
Keeping focus for a week ahead and following my keto <3
57.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What scale do you use for body fat? Mine says my bf is 29.1% . I am very skeptical with it but still use it as a number to decrease
