Well this past couple of weeks have been a drag!!!
I tore a ligament in my foot and am still off my feet, this obviously has ment next to no exercise, and my partner working night shifts has ment we can't get out to the shops much so all delivered foods..... Sucks so hard I've put all my weight back on and more! I've tried really hard to stick to calories but fast food is sooo calorific and dosent full you up! It's ridiculous! The only good thing is I've been having just water to drink this whole time... God knows how much I would weigh if I'd been having fizzy drinks too!!!!
