Not massive but went up this week by 500. So happy with this drop. Weirdly I’m on and loosing weight that’s never happened to me before !
64.5 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It must be that. Since hitting 65 I’ve been much more relaxed about my weight loss and every loss is just a great day 🥰
