Yesterday I ate "Well" at 108% of goal, exceeded my protein goal but did not meet some activity goals. 226kcal surplus // BF↑0.5% and is back out of range // Met Sleep Goal
69.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
