sorry lovely but theres not many sustainable ways to quickly lose weight. you just have to eat nutrient dense food in appropriate serving sizes and increase your activity level. dieting is a lifestyle not a quick fix - dont try crash diets because youll just be miserable from eating too little and not be able to keep the weight off once you go back to eating normally. take it slow and you’ll get there eventually !! xx

Have a look at this link. Counting calories helps a lot but tracking macros can help you achieving great results . Works for me

Some great advice already given. No quick fix. Do you exercise/walk?

Also are you still at school? If so would suggest you talk to whoever does the most food shopping/cooking in your house and discuss healthy options.

Schoolgirl, we can’t advise you any diet, because you are growing organism and your body shouldn’t be stressed much. When I was in your age, I just removed snacks like chocolate, chips, sugar, bread, butter, buns, cakes, cookies and any other processed food and did light home exercises and I lost weight. Don’t do any interment fasting, it’s not good for teenagers.

Talk to your mum or dad if they can't help ask them to take you to doc and they will give you the best advice for your diet.

NEVER eat less calories than your BMR: Basal Metabolic Rate is the number of calories required to keep your body functioning at rest.
This is different for everyone as based on height, weight and age. Lots of free calculators on line to work this out x
