I had two days this week loosing 200g each day and I’m on my period. Today scales didn’t move but.. let’s all blame the water retention.
Anyway I tried some clothes yesterday and I feel great so who gives a shit about the numbers . 🤣
I notice sometimes my weight doesn’t move for 3 days , then I get drops 3 days, everyday.
Check your weight again tomorrow and see if that didn’t come down
