I overate last night. Everyone else was enjoying their food so much and I just wanted to keep eating with the rest of them. Ugh. Today will be a better day! I got my new fitness tracker and am learning how to use it. Might do a bike ride today with my dad. Yesterday I took him to crunch with me. And then hopefully we can all go kayaking this afternoon.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
