John10251's Journal, 19 Apr 21

Yesterday was a pleasant day to spend in the yard. I got retrieved bulbs that I keep under the house for winter storage. They are mostly Elephant ears and Bananas plants. I also enjoyed eating this weekend. I ate "Poorly" on Saturday and Sunday for no particular reason. I just did it. Yesterday I ate at 122% of goal, far exceeded my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 44Kcal surplus // BF↑0.1%
69.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Hey, Jenny I agree with you. Sometimes I don't realize it whenever I eat poorly. Sometimes I do not realize that I am going overboard til the last minute. And yeah I do agree too that something's are just too tasty to pass up.
