This was bound to happen ! Had a beautiful weekend of food and drinking ! Had the best time with my friends and topped it off with macdonalds nuggets last night. And you know what, I don’t regret a thing ! Back on track today with fasting and working out 💪🏽
67 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Glad you had a great weekend. We all deserve a treat every now and again.. I moved back to a normal weekend eating and drinking the wrong things. Only put on 0.5kg..think I can lose that in 2 days before my next weigh in 😉
