Today is official weigh-in day. I've consistently come in well under my calorie allowance every day this week, yet my weight stayed the same.
I know it can't be right though, because I weighed myself on Wednesday (two days after last week's official weigh-in) and I was half a kilo down. So, I would've theoretically gained half a kilo. 🥴
It's ovulation time though and I usually retain a lot of fluid, so I'm thinking that's the problem. I'm trying to not let this get to me and to keep going.
I'll weigh myself in a few days and see what happens. Hopefully, the scales will show a loss then.
120.5 kg Lost so far: 14 kg.    Still to go: 59.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
