Well yesterday’s weigh-in of 145.5 was fun, but I can’t be surprised it went back up after showing such a huge loss over the course of the week, especially because I probably ate a little too much eating out with my parents last night. It’s totally awesome to see them, but I worked out too hard in the morning before they arrived and then I overdid food too. It probably was okay but I think my portabella burger may have had more than one piece of cheese on it.
I had realized that I wasn’t getting sore from working out 🏋️ and that this was mostly from not holding my reps long enough. So I held them longer and my workout stretched into 80 minutes which really burned me out.... I need to break it in half and do upper body and then lower body on different days again.
The first time I was on FS I had tons of active buddies, years have gone by and by this time on FS conversation has very much died down, but I am so grateful for those of you that are supportive to me and for FS in general. Hope y’all have a wonderful day!
