I was wondering if everyone weighs in daily or weekly?

Aye, so the app encourages daily weigh-ins, I think I might start doing every Monday.

That's probably a more accurate way. I Will make mine Friday to mitigate any weekend cheat feast action!

I do it every 2 or 3 days currently but the ideal might be weekly. Same day, same time

No problem with daily weigh ins as long as you look at them as getting to know your body and not a daily measure of success or failure. Daily weigh ins are just data not information.
