Yesterday I was suppose to do a 'water only' day, but, for whatever reason I didn't feel like it, and started eating about 2 hours before bed.

I think I still lost weight because I dropped the water weight from the weekend and I did run 5 miles yesterday.

Let's see how I feel today.
