Trying to eat light but stressed and influenced by out of town guests. I like the hedonistic “lets try the wine and cheesecake on this special occasion” thing but even in tiny amounts this isn’t working for my weight loss goals. (I ate 1/3 piece of baklava cheesecake. OMG!!! 😋) And eating out doesn’t seem to work at all even if I eat only sides or half a not-too-large meal. Just found out our guest may be staying another week- I like her but was looking forward to getting back to my own routine in a number of ways. I told my partner I will be going back to my routine anyway instead of spending so much emotional energy entertaining. I missed my workout on wednesday but will getting back to workouts this weekend.
68.4 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
