Ate half of a large clam basket yesterday for dinner but only a handful of nuts for lunch. I did not do my Wednesday workout since our plans with guests took up the whole day. By the time we got home at 630 I was exhausted.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
