It's upsetting from one side, but from the other I didn't gane weight, so it's good, right? Today is one month since I've started my keto diet, I've lost nearly 4 kg, 3.8 kg to be exact. Most of the weight was gone in first two weeks, so I think mostly water, but according to the scale Fat % reduced from 32 to 29.
I'm following KETO by the book, my net carbs never go more than 20 gr per day, usually much lower, I eat 70% of fat and 20% of protein. 10% carbs including fibre. I know, they say 5%, but I hope they mean net carbs by that, otherwise I have to stop eating veggies, which would be completely unhealthy and I'd never do that. For me it's the lowest number of carbs I have ever eaten and it's impossible for me go lower than that.
I will be ok maintaining this weight until gym will reopen, as long as not gaining any.
When I'll start to go to the gym again, most likely will change my diet to higher number of protein and carbs.
59.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
