A little tired of trusting the process.

I bust my ass, keep carbs below 60 almost 8 days avg

I walk/jog over 30 intentional miles in 3 days. I then was too busy day 4 to barely crack 5 miles and then the scale decides to show higher number today ?

🤔😳

Rant over.

I will keep pushing waiting for my whoosh.

I'm floundering atm too, brother. Have you checked out Debbie Cousins on here? She is doing some Goggins tier ass kicking. When I catch myself getting schooled by Grandma, it may be time to consider tightening up my approach...

Stay the course. Eventually your body will adjust and you will start seeing results. This is just natures way of trying to get you to give up.

How often do you weigh yourself? I'm a personal trainer and I've lost over 100 pounds. I have clients weigh themselves same time same conditions everyday. Human body weight can fluctuate a couple pounds in a single day. That's normal. But if the overall trend is down, then you are going the right direction. I put my weights in a Google sheet and make a line graph. This isn't a sprint. My point is this: Don't worry. If you're doing the right things, then you will get there eventually. Weight loss is slower the closer you are to goal, it comes off easy when you're still very fat. Besides, slower weight loss is better in many cases because it leads to less excess skin.

Thanks all. This was a rant. My trend right now is ON POINT. I held a conversation without heavy breathing on the phone during one of my workouts at mile 5 of 8. I am improving my cardio vascular system by leaps and bounds (Thank you stupid hills). I will lessen the miles and move to more intense sprints / walks as 1. My lower body strengthens and 2. I continue to dial in the numbers and get the weight lower as I don't want any injuries anytime soon to set me back. I chilled yesterday and I am on the fence on doing an interval jog tonight. Onward

my advice is not to over do if your excercise or diet routine causes you stress than it might need a different approach. the stress hormone cortisol can destroy all the hard work. I started at the beginning of March exercising 3 times a week. isometric stretching/yoga type stuff. basic squats and planks(which I do from my knees because it kills my back) just trying to build up muscle mass which burns more calories I just do normal walks with my family. down 7lbs. I think less stress and focusing on what you like for excercise really helps with results. hope this is helpful you will get there
