Staying focused.

Controlling:
- what I eat,
- when I eat and
- how much I eat.

Garmin is being too nosey. He / she told me they notice a pattern of me stepping less on Fridays. So!!!

Heading out for a walk now. Thanks, no THANKS Garmin 😶
