One of the most frustrating aspects of weighing oneself daily is the various fluctuations throughout the week. For most of this week I've been dancing around the 166 mark, and yesterday I went down to 165.4. But this morning I was back up again to 166.2. (Every Sunday is my official recorded weigh-in)

I know some people suggest weighing yourself once a week or even once a month. But I have tried the former and never really liked not knowing where I stand, particularly getting a nasty shock to find I've put a couple of pound on!

Anyway, 166.2 will do I suppose. Hope to get down to 164/5 by the end of the month

The weight one the scales can fluctuate a lot. I would rather not do it everyday because I will give you an example: I did a workout with weights yesterday in the afternoon, this morning I went to the scale and it went up 1kg 🤣 Usually if I want something a bit more accurate I have a rest day from exercise and go to scale next morning on empty stomach
