Today I didnt lose any weight. That's okay- my body probably needed a break from losing a kg a day >.> I hope the scale shifts a little bit tomorrow Insha Allah.
I finally woke up, after 3 days, on time to catch my early morning gym. I wanted to break free from the afternoon routine. Need to go swimming tomorrow, I'm going to try to go earlier so that I can attend the class that isnt overly crowded. This time, I need to pack my shower gel responsibly. The last time I had to borrow :| sucks.
Unfortunately, lunch and dinner has become my most dreaded time of the day. This ketone breath, and the fact that my tongue is always super dry really sucks. Its been 8 days. I feel really weak. I'm trying to keep the salt at optimum levels and I do drink lots of water. I'm worried about how I'm going to get through with the last 6 days of induction. I'm completely skipping OWL. I'm going to be on a fruit diet after a cheat day. I just need to lose the last 9kgs now, and I hope by the end of induction I would have safely lost until 57kgs at the very least! Then I'm going to try on the jeans that I had bought. The one's I tried on yesterday fit me like a glove! Delightful. Alhamdulillah!
Today, I'm going to get myself measured and give clothes for stitching. I need to make the shopping list for the last minute stuff I need for the wedding. I hope everything works out well.
