I feel amazing! Alhamdulillah I lost that 1kg that swung the scales to put me in the healthy BMI region! Thank you Allah! <333 I did toss and turn the whole night though- partially owing from the 3.5hour of exercise I got yesterday, and partially because of that darn slimming tea that I had. I'm not going to have it every day. I think I'm going to have it every second, or third day. Geez. It really made me feel sick and I missed my morning workout because I couldn't sleep the whole night. I had a very late breakfast, I guess this would count as a sort of brunch. I need to go work out for a bit more than an hour now- and then I'm going to eat something. The latest that I eat will be at 8pm today. Although 7pm is optimal. I dont want to starve. I need to keep supplying food to my body in short burst. I really dont want my metabolism to slow down. All in all :D today is a great day. I wonder how I should celebrate being in my healthy BMI >.< God, I love you.
