that's depressing but not surprising... got lazy with calorie counting this weekend and guessed
71 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It’s a loss. Think about the other things changing on your body. I didn’t lose much but as long as this value it’s all in fat... I don’t mind 🤣

Maybe your right. I've been walking over 20000 steps for the last few days so hopefully the fat is burning 😂 I think I'm going to reduce my calories by 200 from today and walk more

What’s your daily cals? Have a day of exercise and see of the scale doesn’t show a different number xD mine shows less when I don’t workout the day before

I am supposedly eating 1400 kls but mostly eat less, around 1200, over the last few days it's probably been a little over though as I have been guessing, I walk 20000steps most days and that supposedly burns quite a bit more than I'm eating.... But yeah I'm thinking I might reduce anyway
