I'm losing weight again! Alhamdulillah :D I feel great :D I really feel great- But I ate around 400 calories yesterday :/ I really dont want to keep track of calories but it seems like only if I eat a ridiculously low amount of calories I lose weight...which sucks. But it works. I need to lose at least 10kgs this month. I really beg God that that happens. I keep looking at the mirror and think- how do I get married looking like this? *sigh* and all those clothes I bought, in a smaller size. But I'm positive that hard work never goes to waste. I lost 1kg and here's hoping I lose 1 more by tomorrow or day after. Even if I lose a little bit, its better than not losing anything. I'm not giving up insha Allah. God is with me <3

10 KG is a HUGE amount of weight for a month and given your starting size, I think its pretty unrealistic. Generally the only people that can manage that type of weight loss are people that are much more overweight than you are AND are just getting started. I'm not trying to discourage you, but to keep you from setting yourself up for massive disappointment when you "fail" later. Also keep in mind that eating super low calories may give you short-term gains, but the damage to your metabolism in the long-term makes it very likely that you'll put that weight on again- and then some. There's more and more evidence out there that DIETS cause weight gain as much as anything else- people that started dieting to lose that extra 10 pounds end up dieting later to lose the extra 50 they gained after they lost that first 10. It's a vicious cycle! I'd also suggest doing some strength training if you're not already. It's a myth that it will bulk you up and adding some toning will help you look better in your clothes, regardless of your weight on the scale (plus muscle helps you keep it off- since it requires more calories to feed muscle, so its a win-win!)
