Hi everyone, happy with small drop .. seem to hovering between 85-87 past 2months .. but 4 weeks and hopefully gyms will be back open 😁..
UPDATE - my osteoarthritis.. spoke to a surgeon and after looking at my X-rays.. it’s bone on bone .. so has put me on a 6 month waiting list to have a new right hip ... wear and tear being a postman I guess ... trying not to think about the operation as it’s pushing my anxiety’s all over the place ... anyway I hope your all having a great weekend ..gx 👍

Flip it around and concentrate on how amazing ur going to feel afterwards, it will be soo worth it not to be in pain every day,,don't be nervous..be excited!! ❤️

Six months will fly by! And ALL the people I’ve known are so pleased with their new hips! The 94 year old lady over the road says its transformed her life. It hurts for a week or so, but the difference is worth it. You get your life back.
