Just wanted to share with you that I like your diet change! I would just say to make sure that youre drinking lots of water to flush out all the salt from the buffalo sauce. The cayenne pepper in the sauce is an excelent thermogenic! You could also afford to eat a bit more protein, a good amount to shoot for when youre exercizing is around 1-1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. Fat free greek yogurt is a nice low calorie protein source, and it can be mixed with pretty much anything. ^_^
