well done any advice /tips / recipes I'm on a 1300 calorie diet according to this and would like some simple tasty ideas ?

@kiki no not really I found personally calories in vs calories out is all I needed. I also try to exercise in the morning before breakfast essentially so I'm "earning" my meal.
You could eat anything you wanted provided it's within limits I still eat food like lasagna/pasta bake etc only difference now is I'm excersing more and weighing everything

@telliC I know the feelings it's so easy to relax and fall back into old habits I found this app really helpful having other like-minded people available to talk to it also helps my partner is trying to lose weight as well so we try to help each other as best as we can.
I found that mental health links directly to any weight loss because the more this lockdown business drags on the harder I find to stay motivated to continue my diet.

@Simon yeah I have used this app on and off for years but never the social element of it. So I'm trying that this time it is helping.
Well done the weight loss so far. I keep browsing dresses in smaller sizes to keep motivated in lockdown, but yep lockdown makes it harder for sure.
I am also using a hypnosis app to stop my cravings and so far I have not suffered with cravings too much. Hubby is a healthy weight with a physical job so he is fit already, but he is being really supportive which does make all the difference especially in lockdown lol.

thanks, I've been given 1700 calories with the app, I just need to find my momentum, I'm some basic online exercise some cardio and some with weights , I find it hard to cook decent things to eat that will fit within what in.suppose to hopefully il get into making a plan 😕
