Just started a new diet. 3 day fruit diet! :D I feel great :D I'm going to take a break after 3 days and go on a pure laban diet. I know thats quiet taxing on my body, but I think it'll do me good with the extra weight. Very little time is left now, need to lose weight, and I've been plateauing for a while
63.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
