need some advice I am really doing well but weight slowly coming off, which is good but really need more coming off any ideas please
127.8 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It took me over a year to get my head around everything and even now i am not sure ? Maybe that is because I am just a simple soul🙃

The secret to shedding weight down is exercise. Try walking least 30 to 40 mins a day. Focus on meals 50:30:20. 50 being breakfast, :20 being diner. Have fuller breakfast (add nut butters, oats, yogurt) these fill you. Proteins & veg in lunches. Drink a glass of water before EACH MEAL to feel fuller. Stop eating after 6pm. Body needs time to digest everything till bedtime. Drink water after 6. Or ginger / lemon infused warm water. To keep you filled.

Keep fat separate from sugar. Fat on meat ok, sugar in jelly ok. No bakery items. Check your crisps for sugar in the flavourings. I love prawn crackers instead of crisps but if they add flavourings to them they can sometimes add sugar.
