Hopefully getting out of hospital today here in Liverpool Heart hospital and travel back to North Wales. I have missed home so much after nearly six weeks in hospital! Luckily the Cardiologist was able to repair rather than replace the mitral valve and decided not to touch the fistula (hole) which I must have been born with and lived for 69 years with!

78.5 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
