Yesterday was a very pleasant and romantic day. We had plenty of treats and spent much of the day watching movies. I ate relatively well but the chocolates and cheesecake took me way over in calories. I ate "Poorly" at 110% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 282kcal surplus // BF↑0.1% // BW↑1.2#
68.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
