Recording another weight gain of just over half a llbs. I had 1177 calories yesterday. My weekly averages are exactly 1000 calories and 75g carbs for the past week. I don't really know what to do next, If I carry on like this I will have put back all the weight I lost on Keto. If I go back on a Keto diet I know that I am going to feel bad again and not be able to excecise properly. On our walk yesterday I sailed up a hill, which previously, when I was cutting carbs on Keto, I had to stop twice for 5mins, and sit down at the top too. My chest was tight, and breathing laboured. I was unable to do my usual daily 150 sit ups, and dumbbell excecises and hula hoops either.
74.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
