well to say that I'm disappointed is an under statement 😟 all the sacrifices the last 2 weeks only gave me a tiny loss. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I should have had pizza and cake😢
72.6 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Frustrating but progress still. I’m expecting to be up tomorrow and have been on plan as usual. It’s been a strange old month. I blame the weather! Keep going, maybe the next weigh in is a biggy...

Hun don't be upset you still doing well. I have very similar experience,watching my calories exercise 6day for 40min and I haven't loose any weight for 2 weeks 🙈
