Recording another one llb weight gain. I had 1299 calories yesterday, more than I have been having, but it was Saturday night, and still not really a lot. Just a few egg noodles, with prawns and lots of vegetables, and a gin and tonic. I haven't had any bread potato pasta or rice, for weeks now. I'm recording this because I am borderline under active Thyroid, and I have not been put on any medication for it and Iwant the doctor to take notice of this as just one of the ways it effects my life.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

when was the last time you had your bloods done? I have under active thyroid, mine was borderline going into a coma so really bad, but I gained 11kg in a week (before I had my bloods done and was diagnosed) and wasn't doing anything differently so really pissed me off. but you might not be having enough calories.

Bloods done last month, due again April. I am keeping these journal entries as a record for the doc. I feel I would rather take meds to help all the symptoms, not least the weight, but Drs don't always want to give it.
