I'm ready to stop feeling sorry for myself and to get back on the horse.
I had two boxes of doughnuts yesterday and I thought, "What am I doing to myself? I'll be right back at square one in no time!"
Fortunately, the scales stayed the same since I last weighed in. I need to stop letting things get to me so much though and self sabotaging.
I feel horrible eating junk food. No doubt because I have PCOS and histamine intolerance, therefore unhealthy food shouldn't be anywhere near me. Why do I keep doing it then?
Even when I'm having asthmatic attacks because I ate the wrong food, I still do it again. I need to find the willpower again to stick to the low histamine diet. It's just hard after 40 years of eating whatever I want.
All I can do is keep trying though. I'm ready to restart this morning! 🙂

Just step back from yum yum yum ! (I say this to myself three times a day) think of it, then think of being just one kilo lighter!
