Recording a slight increase in weight today, Same yesterday. Despite averaging 860 cal and 17.33g carbs, so far this week. I've been weak, unable to do my usual morning exercises, and felt faint and dizzy on a couple of occasions
I need to gradually increase carbs now, and try to maintain low calorie count.looking forward to some fruit, and more veg, and especially some cereals and low fat yoghurt. It's very hard when you have been diagnosed with borderline under active Thyroid, because they're not giving me any medication to counteract the lack of thyroid gland production, so my metabolism is very slow.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
