Just over 2llbs loss this week. Averaged 1100cal and 15g carbs a day. I'm pleased with that, but I am going to have to increase the carb's a bit because I am not eating any fruit and very little vegetables. So, 2 more days, and I'll gradually increase carb intake. Can't wait to have some porridge.
73.4 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
