Today is my cheat day. I'm going to eat things that were not at all included in my diet today. I started off with dairy products. Had a small bite of chocolate too. Feel great so far! I'm going to get in a few hours of exercise starting from today on the treadmill. Need to book myself with the swimming pool as well, as soon as I hit 65kgs :) All looks great so far, hope I lose those 3 kgs very soon! <3
