fell off track ages ago but its bin a tough year already for myself.. I'm picking this fat ass up and carrying on as of from today, disgusted in my weight gain so got to try extra hard.. I CAN DO THIS!!
75.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have such low motivation or I have motivation 1 day then struggle for the rest 😪 I do alot of walking with being a carer and a cleaner so always on the go but with me having osteoarthritis in my ankle I struggle to keep going..
