900 kkal for the last three days. Was not hungry at all. Feeling quite good. 🙂 Gonna eat 1100 today. ( 900 is a bit too low )
95.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good luck it sounds like you are doing well. I’m on 1200 a day from not regulating my intake for a few months, but it’s worth getting your eating under control

Originally I tried 1000 but needed to up to 1200 for a while until I adapted then was happy on 1000 But if I was hungry I eat something else normally that was porridge but if you have that much deficit don’t be worried about going a little over

Years back I did 1000 a day for 5 days a week, weekend I would eat a little more as I do like a curry.

I had too much to lose so I was too serious about it the first year it was all I thought about and after 6 months I lost 20kg and felt I was almost there but my mistake was I didn’t exercise at all so I lost a lot of muscle

razor123ray I work out regularly even when feel really low. But yeah I had a period when I did nothing and it was awful.
