I feel great. No crazy ketone breath yet, need to get in some exercise but I think I'm getting a little bit given the wedding shopping routine ><
NEARLY drank a dew, and there is awesome food- cakes and pastries from cafe de milano, etc etc

BUT

I dont feel as tempted :) Alhamdulillah.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
