Was doing so well this week, but then I had my usual end-of-month takeaway "treat" on Friday (Thai chicken curry, rice, chips etc), and my diet went out of the window again with 2 pounds back on!
Not to worry though, spring isn't too far away and I will feel far more compelled to return to my indoor exercises to burn those calories off and get back on track.
