Was doing so well this week, but then I had my usual end-of-month takeaway "treat" on Friday (Thai chicken curry, rice, chips etc), and my diet went out of the window again with 2 pounds back on!

Not to worry though, spring isn't too far away and I will feel far more compelled to return to my indoor exercises to burn those calories off and get back on track.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There is so much salt in takeout, it is more than likely water retention, you will probably get a great surprise at next weeks weigh in. You are doing fantastically, keep it up.
