let myself have a major setback this past couple of days. Finding this lockdown harder than the others. my partner is a full time care worker on 12 hour shifts, so I'm spending nearly every day just me and the dog.

I'm an emotional eater, always have been. think I've eaten myself stupid the past 2 days feeling sorry for myself. Which is what got us where we are in the bloody first place!

Today! is a new day! Time to get back on with it!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm actually stuck abroad and have been so on my own for 11 months now. I can suggest if you are bored and not happy you might fill the time with cooking fresh meals with ingredients from scratch and exercising. I have been doing this for the last three months and eat better than ever, lost 10kg in fat and feel much more healthy. If you cook from scratch you know what goes into everything and it's so easy to plan and track your meals, calorie intake and macros on this app. Just a suggestion. Hope you feel better soon and get the progress you're looking for

Don't worry about yesterday worry about tomorrow, you can change going forward and if you have a few bad days going forward then so be it, your on the right path because your acknowledging it instead of saying to hell with it! Yow will get there in the end, it will just take a little longer than expected, please don't beat yourself up x
