That takes me to just over 3 stone lost since September. I’m feeling so much better in myself 🏃‍♀️💪🏻💃🥙🥗🏆
81.8 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ah, thanks! It’s a huge relief. It’s only now I realise the low level of discomfort all that weight and bulk was causing. Promising myself this is never going back on!

I have total faith in you.. Mine only went back on after having a baby and straight into Lockdown! I needed some inspiration today and this post has given it to me! We can do it.. 👌🏻

@missMac putting it back on is so easily done. And sleep deprivation definitely doesn’t help (babies!). But I know you can do it too, just a few short months to feeling more yourself again. We got this!
