Lesser woman's Journal, 19 Oct 13

Fasting day yesterday was tough, but survived! Cottage cheese, ryvita x 2 and small tin of tuna for lunch, beans, 150g, added silver beet and parsley and 56g bacon. But not starving this morning. 5 km rainbow walk this morning, now mowing, so keeping exercise up. Very lucky to have no health limitations or injuries. Hopefully weight reduction will help to keep it this way.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
