So I had two days of naughtiness and it took me until TODAY to work off the weight. Plate of Chinese takeaway, one portion of Xmas pud. Then working overnight with free breakfast and lunch, that involved two pastries and an egg mayo sandwich. My weight is so sensitive. I put over a kilo on from those things alone and steadily dropped all week after with hard excersise and sticking to my calories. I'm terribly aware how going over for two days doesn't pay off. I'm glad I could lose it, but sad it takes so long.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 36.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

I know what you mean I’m still not straight after Christmas but only really been back on it for the last 4 days and I put on over 5kg so still a work in progress but we will get there

My body is the same! Previously in a week I have gained like 2kg just by eating a meal like rice and curry and a some chocolate 😑

It’s mainly chocolate and ice cream that does the damage I have ordered neither on my next shop so there is nothing stopping me getting back to my goal weight because I won’t need to do another shop for a month

I find alcohol the biggest danger because of the damage it does to the liver which is a vital organ for weight control.

Didn’t count that chestnut because of virus and getting out I haven’t had alcohol in 11 months but I know it’s yours Stella if memory serves it used to be mine too

Razor you are right Stella was my poison I am trying to repair the damage it has done it will be a long hard road but I hope I still have a good 30 years left the journey is a marathon not a sprint , short term fixes never work?

I know what you mean, Yasmine. It’s like fat cells are wide mouth jars fastened down where you can pour it in but you have to ladle it out. And really difficult to get that last bit out.

Really is so quick and easy to put on weight sometimes. Calorie counting must be hard for people who unwind with alcohol. I haven't had any booze since march last year, and then it was only the odd night out every other month.

It’s just what you get used too I went from 6 day’s a week to 1 every 2 weeks and now not at all for me it was a inconvenience with my diet being more important with the virus I just miss my friends

I'm exactly the same. Eat 500g of pizza and gain 1 kilo in one day🥴 takes a whole week of being strict to get it back off🙄
