still struggling, lockdown means cant do all the things i normally do.
Being to really hate this lockdown, but I know i need to follow the rules

129 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg. Still to go: 19 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.9 kg a Week
