Finally back to my pre-Christmas weight zone at 226.1. Fasted until 4 today and did a fasted workout to get the number. I had tweaked my back earlier in the week so I missed a few workouts. Feeling better today.
102.6 kg Lost so far: 44.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I totally get you! I got myself a set of massage balls with spikes that really help for back pain. Biofreeze gel is awesome too.
