Woke at 229.7, up 1.9 from yesterday. I snacked a bit last night with a bag of pork rinds and some drinks after midnight. Those are recorded on today's log already. Back is feeling better but I still did not work out this morning. UPDATE: Chicken breast for lunch. Weighed 228.7 before dinner.
